P bank,as a large commercial bank with the largest number of outlets,the number of loans and loans in small and micro enterprises are the forefront of the national commercial banks,and it is the main force to serve small and micro enterprises.P bank also defines small and micro enterprises credit business as a strategic business of the whole bank,and cultivates the credit business of small and micro enterprises as its unique core competitiveness.Under the current economic new normal situation,the market competition and customer financial demand of small and micro enterprises credit business have undergone profound changes.First,the traditional economic model will be gradually replaced by the new economic model brought by industrial upgrading,scientific and technological innovation and the efficiency of all production factors.The small micro enterprises under the new economic model have a more personalized and comprehensive demand for financial products.The two is the rapid development of large data,cloud computing,Internet and Internet of things technology.It has greatly changed the channels and tools of small and micro finance.Compared with the traditional bank related credit technology,the efficiency of service has been greatly improved.The three is the new cross-border competition of non-governmental finance,industrial capital and Internet finance.The small and micro credit market is gradually forming a multi subject,multi-level and multi field competition pattern.The organization management model of the traditional bank function system is difficult to give full play to the synergy effect to the customers.Facing the new market competition and the changing situation of customer financial needs,P bank's existing small and micro enterprise credit business development mode is difficult to adapt to the new requirements.One is that the traditional single,standardized products are difficult to adapt to the new financial needs;two,the traditional relational credit technology is lower in service efficiency compared with the new technology,and the three is the traditional functional management organization model which leads to higher agency cost,and the synergistic effect on customer service is insufficient.P bank's market advantage can not be fully converted into the actual market competitiveness.On the basis of the development experience of the credit business of small and micro enterprises in domestic excellent commercial banks,this paper puts forward the innovative business model in combination with the practice of P bank management,and improves the matching degree of product and demand;redesigns the operation process based on data and improves the service efficiency,improves the organization and management model,and establishes a small vertical management.The development strategy of enterprise finance department to enhance the synergy effect on customers.At the same time,it puts forward relevant system guarantee,science and technology guarantee and organization guarantee measures.
