Talent is the most important resource for enterprise development,and the key to the enterprise's foothold in the fierce competition environment.At present,with the upgrading of science and technology,people have entered the information society,regardless of their necessities or medical education,they have deeply struck the brand of the Internet.While the Internet Co faces great opportunities for development,it also has unprecedented challenges,how to attract and retain talent has become a decisive factor for the emergence of Internet companies in the brutal competition.The salary design and management are the important means to motivate the talents and are the core of the human resource management.As an important tool for salary design and management,competency model plays an important role in talent selection,incentive,assessment and so on.This paper first expounds the research background,sets the object of study as the human resources of the Internet industry,and analyzes the characteristics of the Internet industry,and its salary incentive is also unique.Based on that,the significance of this research is discussed.Secondly,the related theories of competency,competency model,salary incentive and so on are studied,and the related literature research results in recent years are analyzed.The compensation incentive methods at home and abroad are briefly expounded,and the advanced experience is summarized.Then,in-depth analysis of current salary of A Internet Co and the existing problems;in interviews and statistical analysis methods,to build Internet enterprise staff competency model,and on this basis,the key elements to assess the impact of Internet enterprise employee competency;Finally,the paper puts forward some countermeasures for the compensation design of A Internet Co employees.
