With the rapid development of Chinese supply equipment manufacture industry,the sale market of supply equipment becomes more and more fierce,and the demand market is much more strict with the suppliers and products.However,the organizational innovation plays more and more important role on promoting the firm's comprehensive competitive ability.Under the above background,XH supply equipment manufacture company tries to perfect its organizational innovation ability,promote the firm's performance and increase its comprehensive competitive ability by the organizational innovation activities.This paper combines the innovation theory,system theory and other enterprise management theory,and uses the method of literature review and SWOT to discuss the problem of XH firm's organizational innovation.The research could show the theoretical and practical significance.First of all,this paper concludes the relative literature on the organizational innovation and some theories.And then,the author points out the contributions and deficiencies of other papers,and finds out this paper's point of departure.Secondly,after introducing the status of XH supply equipment manufacture firm,the paper introduces the organizational innovation status in the aspects of organizational strategy,culture,structure and system,and uses the SWOT method to analysis the environment of organizational innovation.This paper proposes the main obstacles during the organizational innovation and points out the reasons.Thirdly,as to the above problems,the author designs some problem solution plans.At last,the paper proposes some Safety precautions to ensure that the plans could be implemented.
