This article researches the cost management of the dye production line in the Textile enterprise , The managing officer of the Textile enterprise, must have the full value to project cost management . When the Textile enterprise makes the project transformation, a perfect cost management organizations should be established . the main routine which is about the resources plan, the cost estimate, the cost budget, the cost accounting, the cost control, the cost final accounts should be followed. And the principle which is about the unifying of the responsibility, authority and benefits , achieves should be followed, the award and penalty should be distinct, and enhances the cost management and the cost control in the transformation project.
