Research On The Development Of Inclusive Finance In Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture

As a new concept of development,inclusive finance is consistent with the strategic thought of "inclusive development" and "harmonious development" advocated by China.Its priority task is to solve the financial support problem of poor and weak groups in remote and backward areas.Gannan Tibetan autonomous prefecture is one of the top ten Tibetan regions in China.Due to the limited geographical environment and financial support conditions,the development of inclusive finance is relatively slow.In terms of the loan cost and financing channels of micro-enterprises and the financial services available to "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" to the development of Internet inclusive finance,the construction of the inclusive finance system is not perfect and the available resources are limited,which severely restricts the sustainable development of the economic and social sectors in the region.In recent years,under the support of the government guide,gannan governments adhere to market-oriented,based on the actual,gannan continuously optimizes the allocation of financial resource s,the target is to realize the equalization of urban and rural financial services.This paper first summarizes the research results of the development of inclusive finance at home and abroad,and then explores the relevant theoretical basis of inclusive finance,and then makes a descriptive statistics and analysis on the development status of puhui finance in gannan Tibetan autonomous prefecture.Based on previous research experience,this paper describes the development status of inclusive finance in gannan prefecture from three aspects: the coverage of financial services,the penetration rate of financial services and the construction of financial infrastructure.Further to collect relevant data,construct measure the gannan Tibetan autonomous prefecture pratt &whitney financial development level of the three dimensions and its 14 indicators of index system,using the entropy weight method to empirical research,calculated the gannan pratt &whitney true level of financial development,finally targeted put forward the countermeasures and Suggestions,to perfect the gannan Tibetan areas pratt &whitney financial framework,promote economic steady development in gannan Tibetan areas,social harmony and stability.
