Study On Driving Factors Of Enterprise Innovation And The Pathes It Effect On Innovation Performance

Since China's reform and opening up,refor m of dividend,demographic dividend and bonus resources bring to China of the "Chinese miracle" growth,the great changes of 40 years have taken place in the country,but at the same time,if our country can still rely on these bonuses to keep the economic sustainable development or not become an important issue.From the point of environment at home and abroad,on which our country development of population,land resources are slowly disappearing,such as resources constraints and increasingly highlight the contradiction between economic development,at the cost of environmental pollution,resource excessive consumption elements drive development has not adapted to the development of The Times.To achieve new economic growth,we must find new ways of economic growth.The report of the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC)made the implementation of the innovation-driven development strategy,pointing out that innovation is a strategic support for improving social productivity and overall national strength and must be placed at the core of national development.At the same time,enterprises are the main body of innovation and the most active innovation group,which is an important implementor of innovation performance.What are the key factors driving the innovation of enterprises and how do they affect the performance of enterprises? The research on this problem is of great theoretical and practical significance.In this paper,based on the survey data of enterprises in Jiangxi province,from the angle of total factor innovation through the questionnaire and interview method,enterprise innovation driving factor analysis using structural equation model,through the analysis of the survey of companies,find out the key factors influencing the enterprise innovation driving force and its effect on innovation performance.Research shows that: the external driving factors including the government policy,market demand,technological progress and the internal drving factors including entrepreneurial spirit and absorption ability have a significant positive effect to the enterprise innovation performance.For Jiangxi enterprises,there is a strong and weak order for technological progress,absorptive capacity,entrepreneurs,market demand and government policies.The direct effect of internal driving factors is stronger than that of external drivers,and the indirect effect of technological progress is greater than that of government policies and market demands.
