"Chinese model of development" achieved remarkable achievements, relying on the market reform of transitional dividends, investment dividends and demographic dividend etc. China’s total economic output has been 10 times since the reform and opening up, and China has entered a "new normal economic development". However, with China’s economic development highlights the deep-seated structural problems, to seek the driving force to promote the transformation of economic development has become an urgent problem to be solved.Innovation has been a hot topic all over the world, and has become an important indicator of national and regional economic development. Michael Porter proposed the third stage of economic development is the innovation-driven stage. The CPC 18 put forward development strategy of innovation driven, marking the domestic economic development has entered a new stage of "innovation driven" as the theme.In recent years, whether it is academic research in academia, or some of the provinces of the city’s innovation driven development practice, although starting late, it will gradually form a blowout trend. Annual research and practice are in rapid growth. We find the research on innovation theory, including the regional innovation system, national innovation system, the construction of high tech park, innovation gathering, innovation policy, and so on unilateral, or simply analysis a few elements of the relationship and internal mechanism. This will not only lead to an incomplete understanding of the elements of innovation, but also lead to the lack of synergies between the research and practice, the overall understanding of the problem. The result not only can not enhance the innovation ability, but may affect the whole innovation system. This localized knowledge and fragmented research is likely not reflect the objective law of the evolution of regional innovation system, and the result is that we can not completely understand and recognize the inherent law and dynamic mechanism of innovation driven. In addition, In addition, the existing research is often simply talking about innovation-driven, or only in the context of innovation, but the discussion is China’s economic restructuring. This article belongs to the scope of theoretical research. And through the research, this paper argues that innovation driven research should be combined with regional innovation system, according to the existing local economic conditions, step by step, and it can not span too fast, to avoid overkill, or fear fear hands feet, and miss the opportunities.To sum up and review the previous research results, the core issues of this study are:First, we will establish a new model of the drive system, to have a comprehensive understanding of the innovation driving factors and their relations.secondly, we will explore innovation-driven path mode, in order to provide suggestions for enterprises and regional innovation driven. In view of this, this paper can be divided into two parts. The first part is related literature research and the purpose is to extract the elements of driving innovation. The second part is the establishment of innovation driven system model, the exploration of the path model and the new driving force. This article is not a literature review article, but based on literature research, so the second part is the core of this paper, and the first part of the research is to support and bedding. So this paper focuses on three aspects: first, through the literature research on the "innovation driven" 2005-2015, and based on the process of innovation driven process, we build an innovation-driven six-dimensional system relational model, and analyze the relationship between them. Second, to explore the path model of innovation driven. Based on the "Diamond Model" of comprehensive collaborative innovation, We put forward that innovation driven six dimension should " synergy upgrade", and we set up a mathematical model to deduce the path of collaborative upgrading. Third, from the regional and enterprise level to enhance innovation driven new power, we provide some practical guidance. This research is based on the relevant literature research, which is based on the knowledge of the last ten years. In the third part, the paper analyzes the process of selecting and studying literature. The thinking of this paper is:we believe that innovation is a system, including regional and enterprise both levels. Through the research on the related literature of the last ten years, the paper analyzes the elements of the drive innovation, analyzes the six dimensions of innovation driven, and builds the model of the six dimensions of innovation driven process, and also analyzes the relationship between them. Based on the "Diamond Model", a mathematical model is set up to explore the path model of innovation driven and upgrade.Through the research, we can draw the following conclusions:(1) the six dimensions of innovation driven, namely, innovation driven body, innovation driven culture, innovation driven resources, innovation driven system, innovation driven network, innovation driven market, and have a full understanding of the elements of the driving innovation. There are a lot of factors that have been studied. Through the summary of 75 domestic and foreign relevant literature, the paper summarizes 30 innovative driving factors which are referred to as many scholars, and then further classify these factors into six dimensions, mainly based on the study of the existing scholars. (2) Innovation is a system, which includes two levels of enterprise and region. The six dimensions of innovation driven are mutual support, mutual influence and interaction in the process of innovation driven. Of course, in different stages of the innovation driven process, the role of the six dimension is not the same degree of importance. (3) The collaborative upgrading of the six dimensions of innovation driven is the direction of exploring the path of innovation driven development, and also the orientation of the innovation driven development of new power. The study found that scenario 1 and scenario 2 total have 5493 upgrade path, but the specific measures to upgrade path of what, depending on enterprise development and stage, regional economic fundamentals and so on, and according to the existing local economic conditions, step by step, and it can not span too fast, to avoid overkill, or fear fear hands feet, and miss the opportunities.
