Research On Promoting The Transformation And Upgrading Of Agricultural Structure In Hubei

Agriculture is stable and the world is safe.Agriculture is the foundation of the national economy and plays a decisive strategic role in the economic development of our country.It is the most important task of building a well-off society in an all-round way.Since the eighteen Party of the party,the general secretary of Xi Jinping,in a comprehensive and systematic exposition of the status of the rural well-off society in a well-off society,pointed out that "China is strong and agriculture must be strong;China wants beauty and the countryside must be beautiful;China should be rich and farmers must be rich." The agricultural foundation is stable,the countryside is harmonious and stable,and the peasants live and work in peace and contentment.We must insist on solving the " three rural issues" as the top priority of the whole Party's work.At the same time,in 2017,Central Document No.1 clearly pointed out:"the main contradiction of agriculture in China is changed from a shortage of total quantity to a structural contradiction." Deepening the structural reform of the supply side of agriculture is the focus of the future development of China's agricultural economy.As the main means to promote the development of agricultural economy,the adjustment of agricultural structure is of great importance for the comprehensive and coordinated development of agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fisherythe enhancement of our agricultural industrialization management level,the promotion of agricultural and rural economic development and the improvement of the living standard of the rural people.China has a vast territory.Because of its obvious differences in natural geographical conditions and resource endowments in various places,there will be great differences in the focus and direction of the adjustment of agricultural structure in various regions.This paper puts forward a forward-looking and targeted path and Countermeasures for the reform of agricultural supply side structure in Hubei.In order to achieve the above research objectives,this paper conducted in-depth interviews with farmers in Xiantao,Jianli county and Zhuxi County of Hubei Province,and carried out field research.According to the principle of stratified sampling in accordance with the development level of the county economy and the geography and geomorphology of Hubei,102 county-level units in Hubei province are divided into 3 layers.The basic laws and characteristics of the evolution of agricultural industrial structure in Hubei province were summarized by random sampling data from three counties.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows Hubei province has ensured the continuous growth of grain production in Hubei province through the adjustment and transformation of agricultural structure over the years.At the same time,the structure of grain and forage crops in Hubei province continues to be optimized,and the distribution of agricultural and forestry and forage fishing structure tends to be reasonable.The agricultural structure of Hubei province is constantly upgrading and upgrading,the quality of the product has been improved,the agricultural efficiency has been greatly improved,the regional distribution of agriculture is continuously optimized,the distribution tends to be reasonable and the characteristics are outstanding.On the basis of the conclusions,the following policy recommendations are drawn:(1)the direction of the optimization of agricultural structure should be based on the guarantee of grain security,the establishment of grain production function area and the important agricultural product production and protection area,so as to realize the stability and increase of grain production.(2)improve the quality and quality of agricultural products,build brand of agricultural products,and increase the added value and benefits of agricultural products.We should increase support for branded agricultural products and create a number of influential public brands and farmers' brands.Increase the added value of agricultural products by using the brand effect.(3)fully exploit the geographical advantages of the locals,develop characteristic agriculture according to local conditions,give full play to the geographical comparative advantages of the locals,and promote the development of characteristic agriculture.(4)through strengthening direct selling outlets of agricultural products to urban communities,improving trade circulation,vigorously developing ecological leisure agriculture,and promoting the integration and development of the 123 industry of agriculture.
