Research On Reform Of Individual Industrial And Commercial Households' Registration System

Individual industrial and commercial households are the unique subject of commercial registration in China.Individual economy plays an important role in promoting China's economic development,increasing financial income,promoting employment and entrepreneurship,and maintaining social stability.However,with the development of the market economy in China,the problems in the current system of the registration of individual industrial and commercial households have become increasingly prominent.Whether individual industrial and commercial households or the competent authorities,there is the will to reform the system of the registration of individual industrial and commercial households.It is of great significance to study the reform of individual industrial and commercial households' registration system to improve the revision of the relevant laws of commercial registration and the construction of the theoretical system of commercial registration system reform.Based on the background of commercial registration reform and the domestic and foreign research on individual industrial and commercial households' registration system,this paper finds out the law and development trend from the development history of individual industrial and commercial households' registration system.Taking Zhejiang Province as an example,this paper analyzes and studies the present situation of the implementation of individual industrial and commercial households' registration system,and combs out the problems in it.The main problems are that the legislation is not perfect,the executive effect is not good,and there are drawbacks in the comprehensive compulsory registration,and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward as follow:The first is to,perfect the legislation;the second is to supervise the role of the competent authorities;and the third is to find out how the individual industrial and commercial households can participate in market competition without registration.
