Didi is an online car-hailing service company that has grown up along with the Internet development.It is also the successful practice of "sharing economy" concept during high-speed economic development of our country.On the one hand,the popularization and application of the online car-hailing service does not only provide convenient method and enrich e the options to travel for the citizens,but also creates countless jobs directly or indirectly.Moreover,with the help of big data and cloud computing,Traffic patterns and market structures have changed dramatically.Meanwhile,the traditional transportation industry has impacted powerfully with rising contradictions.Therefore,the new regulations for online car-hailing service were published by central and local governments of China since July 28,2016.Although the online car-hailing services has been recognized and legalized by the government,related corporations lack explicit cognizance to how to balance the development and security.Based on the analysis the security incidents of Didi in 2018,this paper points out significant problems including unclear sense of responsibility,uncertain target orientation,incomplete organization structure and inadequate assessment mechanism of production safety management.Furthermore,through the combination of integrated the domestic mature experiences about safety production management,the sustainable development of Didi cannot be achieved without relevant safety production management systems,including optimizing the internal organization structure,following the government regulation legal compliance,improving prevention and censorship system,and enhancing the capacity for emergency management.
