Research On Land Intensive Utilization With The Background Of Industrial Upgrading In Xiaoting District Of Yichang City

Land is the basic resource for mankind to survive and is also one of the most important production materials for social and economic activities.With the development of human society,population is expanding rapidly,the pace of industrialization and urbanization is accelerating,and the load on land is also increasing.Especially in the use of urban land resources,the contradiction between urban development and environmental protection is becoming more and more prominent,and land is occupied excessively and used inefficiently while the related environmental problems are emerging in an endless stream.The intensive and efficient use of land resources has become an inevitable trend in sustainable urban development.As a node city along the Yangtze River Economic Belt,while land issue is becoming more and more prominent,Yichang is confronted with multiple challenges such as the effective use of land resources,industrial transformation and upgrading,and environmental issue rectification.Trough the study of the current situation of land use in Xiaoting District of Yichang and combined with the current background of industrial transformation and upgrading,this paper analyzes the problem of land use in Xiaoting District and the impact of industrial upgrading on land use theoretically and practically and puts forward the specific path to strengthen the land intensive use in Xiaoting District.It also can promote industrial transformation and upgrading through improving the level of land intensive use.The paper is divided into five parts:research background and significance;status of land use and industry development;existing problem and analysis;suggestion and countermeasure;conclusion and outlook.The first part is about the research background and significance.This part sets out from the current land resource issues and the background of ecological protection and industrial transformation and upgrading of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,proposing the aim of the paper,which aims to combine the industrial upgrading and guide the development of urban land use from extensive to intensive.In turn,it will promote the transformation and upgrading of local industry by increasing the level of land intensive use,providing a basis for the efficient land use and sustainable economic development in Xiaoting District.The second part is the status of land use and industrial development.This part mainly includes the following contents:the overall situation of Yichang,the status of land use and industrial development trends;the overview of Xiaoting District and the status of land use;the status of industry and transitional development of Xiaoting District;the long-term urban planning of Xiaoting District.The third part is the existing problems and analysis.This part focuses on the analysis of the problems existing in land use in Xiaoting District and analyzes the causes of the problems deeply.The fourth part is suggestions and countermeasures.This section proposes the way of intensive land use in Xiaoting District from the following aspects:strengthening the coordination and unification of urban planning.land use planning and industrial layout planning;reasonably setting the threshold of investment project and establish a comprehensive evaluation system;strengthening the supervision of land use and improving the system of intensive land use;innovating land development model,exploring the rational use of land during idle periods and digging out the potential of land use;achieving sustainable use of land resources through both land use and ecological resources protection.The fifth part is the conclusion and prospect.This part reviews and summarizes the content of the research.At the same time,using the minority to bring along the majority,it provides a reference to the effective land use under the industrial transformation and upgrading of Yichang and proposes the next development direction.
