Research On The Development Of Characteristic Towns Based On Tourism Development

In July 2016,the three ministries and commissions,including the National Development and Reform Commission,jointly issued the "Notice on Developing Characteristic Townships," and proposed that by 2020,cultivate about 1,000 characteristic towns.With the introduction of a variety of policy documents,the planning and construction of featured towns is in full swing.The featured town is an important strategic move for China's economic transformation and upgrading and new urbanization.The development of a small town with a distinctive industrial type,convenient and efficient service,deep culture,friendly environment,and flexible institutional mechanisms has become the current economic development of local governments.The important grip of the revitalization of the countryside has also injected a clean stream into the dust of urbanization and the dust of cement and forests.The characteristic town is an emerging settlement integrating industry,culture,tourism and community functions.The tourism industry,as a new industry with strong industrial integration,provides important industrial support for the development of featured towns.Among them,tourism-led development of small towns will provide important models and paths for the construction of featured towns,the promotion of new urbanization,and the implementation of the strategy for rural revitalization.This article takes the development and construction of characteristic towns under tourism development as the research topic,and takes tourism experience theory,cultural ecology theory,landscape ecology theory,industrial economy theory as the theoretical basis for research,and discusses through literature materials,field investigations,and case studies.There are four modes of production mode,life mode,ecological mode,and cultural and creative mode developed by a featured town,from which the main influencing factors for the construction of a featured town are extracted:small town industry,small town culture,small town building,small town community,the town ecology,etc.,through the analysis of the relationship between tourism and the main influencing factors of the town,built a tourism development leading characteristic town development model.The core contents of the model include:realizing the integration of the industries,architectural landscapes,community services,cultural experiences,environmental ecology and tourism of featured towns.The article concludes with the case of the development of the enthronement town in Xinzhou District of Wuhan City as an example.Through the comprehensive analysis of the industrial,architectural,community,cultural,and ecological resources of the Enjin Town,the tourism-led featured town development model proposed in this paper is used.The specific design of the characteristics of the town,the unique style of the architectural landscape,the community service system,the cultural characteristics of the project and the creation of a green landscape ecological environment have been specifically designed.Through theoretical research and practical application,this paper provides a tourism-guided construction path and method for the development and construction of featured towns.
