Research On The Professional Level And Influencing Factors Of Farmers In The Planting Industry

At present,profound changes have taken place in the external environment and internal motivation of the agricultural field in China,and it is particularly urgent to realize the changes in the mode of agricultural operation.Under the premise of guaranteeing the core and bottom line of our rural basic operation system,promoting the division and specialization of agricultural division of labor and forming a social division network system is an effective way to compensate for the short cost of agricultural high cost and stimulate the vitality of agricultural.This paper takes Zhangye city of Gansu as the study area,and then based on the perspective of organize internal division,the vertical division and the horizontal division,from three aspects of Specialization of household division of labor in household,Specialization of agricultural products,and Specialization of production and management links.And uses the SEM-TOPSIS model to measure the farmers professional level.Based on the resource based theory,transaction cost theory and prospect theory to construct the influence mechanism of the current framework of farmers' professional,and identified the underlying factors farmers' professional using the ordered Logistic model.The main conclusions of this research are: first,the coexistence of various forms of household division of labor;second,widespread agricultural planting;third,the social service needs of production andoperation of large;fourth,internal and external resources is the important factor of farmers professional development;fifth,the transaction cost is not the factor that restricts farmer professional development obstacles sixth,risk expectation and attitude;psychological factors affecting farmers' professional development.Countermeasures and suggestions based on the above research conclusion is: first,optimize the allocation of resources of farmers,allocating farmers' labor resources reasonably,innovating farmland property rights system,training of new professional farmers,and strengthening the construction of rural infrastructure;second,improve the social service system,Establishing and perfecting the cooperative organization for farmers,cultivating and developing production and operating service organizations,promoting the development of order agriculture;third,Establishing agricultural risk coping mechanism:improving the price protection system of agricultural products,establishing the information communication network and improving the agricultural insurance system.
