Research On M&A Motivation And Performance Of Medical Enterprises

The development of cities is often based on the cost of environmental pollution.In modern society where environmental problems such as haze and drinking water source pollution are increasingly serious,more and more people are paying attention to their own health problems.In addition,the widespread adoption of mobile smart devices and the Internet has brought convenience to people's lives while also bringing health problems to people.More and more young and middle-aged people are suffering from sub-health problems.It is also widely seen in the elderly population.It can be seen that the health examination industry is a big market with great potential for development.Prime Minister Li Keqiang also proposed to strengthen the development of China's health undertakings at the State Council Executive Meeting in 2013,and vigorously supported the use of social forces in setting up health service industries.Attention should be given to the improvement of the medical practice system and the construction of clinical pathways.With the aid of big data platforms,we will accelerate the development of telemedicine services and smart medical services in China.The National Health and Hygiene Congress held in 2016 also proposed to vigorously develop China's health care business,focusing on “precaution as the mainstay and equal emphasis on Chinese and Western medicine” as the focus of further advancement of health care reform.The convening of this conference means The development of China's health care business will become a national-level important event related to people's livelihood and will also play a significant role in promoting the development of the entire health and medical industry.Therefore,this dissertation has selected the Mei Nian Health and Ci Ming Checkup in the private medical enterprises as the entry point.The first part mainly elaborates the research background,purpose and significance of the dissertation.The second part mainly elaborates on the motivation of the merger and acquisition and the related theories of M&A performance.At the same time,it also discusses the motivation of M&A and M&A performance of domestic and foreign scholars.The relevant theories are summarized and reviewed;The third part is the case presentation,which mainly expounding the current development status and future development trend of the health care industry,followed by a brief introduction to the Mei Nian Health and Ci Ming Checkup of both parties,followed by the health of the United States and the United States.The background and the whole process of the Ci Ming Checkup and acquisition case were described in detail.The fourth and fifth parts are mainly based on the theoretical method introduced in the second part to analyze the motivation and performance of the health inspection of the US-China healthy merger and acquisition Ciming.Through research and analysis,we found that after the merger and acquisition of Ci Ming Checkup,although the mid-to long-term performance indicators,the effectiveness of the US-China health after the implementation of mergers and acquisitions did not increase significantly,but the short-term indicators,the United States and the United States health Performance still has a certain degree of improvement.In general,this merger has brought excess returns to the health of the United States and the United States.Therefore,this merger has played a positive and positive role.Through the analysis of the cases of the healthy mergers and acquisitions Ci Ming Checkup in the United States and the United States,it provides a reference for the mergers and acquisitions of other companies in the health care industry,and also provides some references for the development of the private medical industry.
