With the rapid development of science and technology,enterprise management is developing more and more refined.Since the beginning of the 13 th Five-Year Plan,our country has paid more attention to saving and improving efficiency in the use of traditional energy resources.Large-scale enterprises rely on strong technical force to continuously promote technological innovation,enhance the level and strength of energy management,and exchange low energy consumption for high profits.Compared with large enterprises,small and medium-sized enterprises have low technological level and weak management ability and lack of automatic management means.If large enterprises' energy management system is adopted,the cost will be huge and unaffordable.Based on the deep investigation of typical small and medium-sized paper printing enterprises and the analysis of their main energy use units and energy use categories,this paper puts forward a set of energy management system suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises.A set of economical and applicable energy management system is designed for the main energy use units to meet the demand of energy management in small enterprises and to achieve the goal of saving energy and reducing consumption and bringing more benefits to small and medium-sized enterprises.Based on the advanced EMS energy management system of large enterprises,this paper takes the current situation of energy management in typical small and medium-sized paper printing enterprises as the research object,takes the B/S framework as the core,and uses C# language to compile.With the powerful technical support provided by SQL Server2005 database,a set of economic and efficient energy management system is designed and developed for small and medium-sized paper printing enterprises.Firstly,the main energy consumption of typical paper printing industry is described visually,the main production process and energy use link are analyzed,and the key energy consumption types and key energy use positions of enterprises are determined.It grasps the current situation of the target enterprise in energy management,and masters the main requirements of the enterprise on energy management.Analyzes the feasibility of the system development,introduces the main technical means used in the system development,and designs the overall framework of the system,including system hardware framework,software framework and logical framework.Secondly,Is the focus of this research.It designs for the program system of energy management system in paper printing enterprises including data acquisition system,data receiving system and data control and processing system.And the design principles and structure design of the database and table of the energy management system are expounded and analyzed.Finally,a comprehensive design description of all the functions that can be achieved by the energy management system is given,and the implementation code of some key design modules is given in appendix chapter.In the end,the function of the energy management system is tested by adopting reasonable evaluation method and well-formulated evaluation plan.The final results show that,paper printing enterprises' energy management system has achieved the design goal and the request in actual application process,and it is able to meet the energy management requirements of the enterprise.
