Research On Supply Chain Management Of J Company

With the rise of the concept of wearable devices in recent years,there are a lot of wearable devices providers join the market and the year by year increasing exceeds 50%.China has become the country who produce most of the wearable devices and the largest wearable devices market in the world.However,the industry completion is getting more and more intense;the traditional supply chain management is not able to deal with such highly completion market and rapidly upgrading product development.In order to enhance the efficiency of the manufacture's operation,it is getting more and more important to have an advanced supply chain management.Therefore,it has immense practical and theoretical value to study the wearable devices providers' supply chain management.In this dissertation,I take wearable company “J” as the research object.By studying the operation of J Company's supply chain management,this paper analyzes the various stages of the supply chain,including purchasing and supplier management,production operation management and logistics management,to validate supply chain problems in J company.The major content of this paper is to enumerate the existing problems in the current wearable industry through comprehensive analysis,investigation and other methods.Then I take J Company as the research object,also,in line with the current situation of wearable industry with the related supply chain management theories,to analysis the features and problems of wearable industry and its supply chain.Then,I indicate the solution about how could J Company grows under the pressure by both fierce market competition and the company issues left over by history.The solution is creating a fast,efficient and integrated management supply chain.While,it may be also provides significant reference to related wearable manufactures.
