At present,the status of urban slow traffic in our country is low,travel safety is poor,travel comfort is not high,these unfriendly factors greatly affect the development of urban slow transit in China.Therefore,to evaluate the urban slow-moving traffic friendliness,to find out the problems in the development of urban slow-moving traffic,and to promote the healthy development of urban slow-moving traffic,It is of great significance to provide reference for the development of urban slow-moving traffic.On the basis of referring to the relevant research results at home and abroad,this paper analyzes and summarizes the main factors influencing the friendliness of urban slow traffic.Factor analysis was used to determine the evaluation factors and establish the evaluation index system of urban slow traffic friendliness.Using analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and entropy value method of combination assigning method,determination of the weights of evaluation indexes,and by using data envelopment analysis(DEA)to establish a friendly about urban slow traffic evaluation model;Using the built the evaluation model,to chengdu,two immortal bridge road,Chinese fir slab bridge road,south road of the construction of the three sections,the evaluation of slow traffic friendly its control measures and Suggestions are put forward in view of the evaluation results.The main research results of this paper are as follows:(1)By means of the Factor Analysis Method,the thesis will extract the ten main influence evaluation factors that include all main information in their respective aspects from the four evaluative aspects and the twenty-one impact evaluation factors.Further,by way of the combination weighing consists of Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and the Entropy Method,the hierarchic analysis structure among evaluation indexes within the evaluation system.Also,the usage of the Entropy Method also makes the empowerment of each index more objective,as a result,the purpose of integrating the subjective and objective of empowerment can be achieved.(2)The usage of the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method of DEA model can make the fuzzy indexes in the evaluation system acquire the objective empowerment,the evaluation results can be relatively objective and reasonable,which accords with the physical truth.(3)The application of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of the DEA model makes the fuzzy index in the evaluation system be objectively assigned,and the evaluation result is relatively objective and reasonable and conforms to the actual situation.(4)The travel apportionment rate of the slow-moving traffic,the safety of the slow-moving traffic,the pedestrian crossing facilities and the user travel satisfaction of the Erxianqiao Road section are relatively poor;the travel apportionment rate of the slow-moving traffic and the area apportionment rate of the slow-moving traffic are only the insufficient aspects in Shanbanqiao Road section;the travel apportionment rate of the slow-moving traffic and the degree of comfort for usage in Jianshenan Road section exist some deficiencies.
