Study On The Influencing Factors And Promotion Measures Of Urban Road Traffic Safety In Xinyang

With the rapid development of China's economy,the development of traffic and transportation is becoming more and more prosperous.However,the number of motor vehicles in various regions continues to increase,and the incidence of road traffic accidents is also increasing.The occurrence of road traffic accidents causes the loss of vehicle property,which seriously causes casualties.Road traffic accidents bring family misfortune and even affect the development and stability of economic society.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the reliability of road traffic accidents,analyze its influencing factors,prevent road traffic accidents and improve the current situation of road trafficaccidents.Taking Xinyang as the research object,this paper determines the influencing factors of urban road traffic accidents in Xinyang,and constructs an index system of urban road traffic safety evaluation,through the method of investigation and analysis,the method of document precipitation,etc.The index system includes 4 indicators:personnel factors,vehicle factors,environmental factors and organizational factors,11 two level indicators,such as driver factor,pedestrian factor,passenger factor,vehicle ownership,transportation vehicle management,non-motor vehicle and motorcycle,urban road planning,traffic condition,traffic management mechanism,safety propaganda and education,safety management means,are determined in this paper.Then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to evaluate the traffic safety of urban roads in Xinyang.The assessment results show that the total score of urban road traffic safety in Xinyang is 3.62,and the risk is at a high level.Relatively speaking,the urban road traffic in Xinyang has done better on the organization and management of safety,with a score of 3.526.The safety risk factors of key control are "environmental factors"(3.734),"personnel factors"(3.695),and "vehicle factors"(3.660).Then,according to the evaluation results and research,the main influencing factors of urban road traffic safety in Xinyang are analyzed.The main influencing factors are:the quality of drivers needs to be greatly improved;the degree of civil traffic civilization needs to be greatly improved.The main influencing factors of vehicle are:the low sharing rate of public traffic and the safety of travel.The problem of electric vehicle is outstanding.The main factors affecting the environment are:the lack of scientific planning for traffic development,unreasonable structure of road network,unreasonable urban function layout,unreasonable traffic and traffic safety.The main influencing factors of organization are:traffic management mechanism is imperfect,safety education and training and safety culture are not perfect,safety management technology content is not high.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions for improving the safety level of Xinyang's urban road.Personnel countermeasures:improving driver's quality and improving traffic behavior of pedestrians.Vehicle countermeasures:carrying out the management of traffic vehicles,speeding up the relocation of the passenger station,speeding up the construction of urban public traffic stations and other infrastructure facilities,increasing the intensity of the traffic accident prone and prone models,and strengthening the management of the electric bicycles.Environmental countermeasures:compiling urban traffic planning,implementing urban traffic impact assessment,improving infrastructure construction,improving traffic conditions,fine transportation engineering design,and implementing traffic channelization management at main intersection.Organizational countermeasures:establish and improve the government leadership,the joint management mechanism of urban traffic management,perfect the long-term mechanism of government leading,department coordination and the participation of the whole society;concentrate on the urban traffic order,strengthen propaganda and education,improve the citizens'consciousness of civilized travel,and strengthen the supervision and management of cadres.
