Because the supply of Our land resource is limited, urban development should not depand on extension of expansion, and urban lands can not be presented in extensive use. Currently, China's economic growth mode faces the fundamental changes from extensive to intensive, most of the cities have successively entered the urbanization accelerated development period, the construction will lead to the rapid expansion of urban construction sites. Against such a background, this paper focus on the intensified utilization of urban land and suggests on it in Tianjin city, on the one hand, it can provide more evidence cases to enrich our research of intensified utilization of urban land; On the other hand, this paper has the practical significance to Tianjin city urbanization and the sustainable use of land.This paper used "WHAT-HOW-WHY" ideas to analyze and organize the specific direction and research content, The full text is divided into five chapters, a major exposition in the following areas:(1) Introduction of the selection of subjects discussed in this background, research significance, the conceptual framework paper, the major contents and methods of research and the chapter structure of full text, and explained the content of research papers on the logic and rational thinking.
