With the attention of the state to the art industry,the music industry,which is an important part of the art industry,has developed rapidly.The music education and training industry in the music industry association is also booming like the spring breeze,and the small and micro music education and training institutions are its main force.Small and micro music education and training institutions not only contribute to the social and economic development,promote employment,but also enrich the social people's amateur life,and improve people's musical accomplishment.At present,small micro music education and training institutions,due to their own small scale,lack of funds,unsound management system and other reasons,lead to difficulties in the fierce market competition.As a music education and training institution with music education as a "product",talent is its main competitiveness in the market.Therefore,the human resource management of small and micro music education and training institutions affects its survival and development.This paper first collects and collects related materials,and finds out the vacancy on human resource management of small and micro music education and training institutions,and then studies the small and micro music education and training institutions in Chengdu as the research object,and tries to improve the quality of its teaching and service and enhance its quality of service.Market competitiveness,so as to promote the healthy development of music education and training market.The human resources of small and micro music education and training institutions in Chengdu mainly include teachers and staff.In order to understand the current situation of human resource management,20 small and micro music education training institutions in Chengdu have been selected for investigation.Through the investigation of its managers,it is found that the small and micro music education training institutions in Chengdu mainly exist such problems as large mobility of teachers,unequal teachers' level,and large liquidity of the staff,and the reasons for the problems are analyzed according to the current situation of the management of teachers and staff.According to the problem of teacher management,some suggestions are put forward from the aspects of recruitment,training,incentive,employee relationship management and so on.In the end,the P piano art school in Chengdu was used as a case to analyze the problems and causes of human resource management,and to put forward some feasible suggestions to solve the problems in order to promote the sustainable development of small and micro music education and training institutions in Chengdu.
