With the deepening of quality education,music education,as an important part of school aesthetic education,has been highly valued by the Party Central Committee and the State Council in recent years,and China's music education has achieved rapid development.However,there is still an imbalance between urban and rural development in China's music education,and most of the school music courses in rural areas can not be fully opened,or even a blank.The most fundamental reason lies in the serious lack of music teachers in rural schools,which leads to the slow and stagnant development of music education in rural schools.As a big agricultural country,if we want to implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country through education,we must make up for the shortcomings of rural education,so as to achieve a complete breakthrough from exam oriented education to quality education.It is urgent to solve the serious shortage of music teachers in rural areas.In view of the weak phenomenon of aesthetic education in rural schools,the state proposes to train part-time aesthetic education teachers suitable for the aesthetic education teaching in rural schools.Based on the case tracking of Yuanjiang rural part-time music teacher training project,this paper analyzes the effectiveness of the training project,explores the successful experience and existing problems of the training project,prospects the future of rural school part-time music teacher training,expounds its promotion value and improvement ideas,in order to provide reference for the future training of rural part-time music teachers.The full text is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is about the practical significance of part-time music teacher training in rural schools.Through analyzing the necessity and urgency of training part-time teachers of music in rural schools,including analyzing the difficulties in the teaching of music in rural areas,the strong demand of students for aesthetic education,and the current situation of teachers of music in rural areas,through the national policy,the local education administration department,the village teacher own factor and so on carries on the analysis.The second chapter explores the practical research of part-time rural music teacher training through the Yuanjiang Research Project.The third chapter is the evaluation of the training programme for part-time music teachers in rural schools in Yuanjiang.It mainly includes the statistical analysis of the results of the front,the form of the final examination and the results of the post-test.The Fourth Chapter is the reflection and prospect of the part-time music teacher training in rural schools.First,based on the reflection of the training program for part-time music teachers in rural schools in Yuanjiang,this paper analyzes the successful experience and the existing problems,looks forward to the future of the training of part-time music teachers in rural schools,and expounds its popularization value and improvement ideas,it provides the solution countermeasure for the country music education teacher question.
