Research On The Impact Of Service IFDI On Service Trade Export

With the rapid development of the world economy and the increasingly frequent contacts between countries,China's service trade and service industry have both witnessed rapid development in absorbing FDI(service industry IFDI).In 1997 China's service trade exports and actualized FDI in the total amount of the total amount is $34.2 billion and $12.06 billion respectively,both reached $208.3 billion and $2016 in 83.891 billion,up nearly 5 times and 6 times respectively.We find that there is a relationship between FDI inflow in service industry and China's service trade export.Therefore,this paper mainly USES the combination of theory and empirical methods to specifically analyze and study the impact of FDI inflow on China's service trade export.On how to use the theory of FDI and goods trade relationship of FDI and trade in services and existing services,on the basis of research results,this paper expounds the relevant theories of FDI and trade in services,from IFDI service industry and service trade development present situation in our country.Through the analysis of the impact on the export of service trade and IFDI,found IFDI on trade in services exports exist the following two aspects:one is to promote role,foreign direct investment in different motives or intentions into the market in China,will bring the influence of different level,eventually to a great extent,promote the export of China's service trade;Second,the substitution effect,for the production of cost-saving FDI and the inflow of imitative FDI,will reduce the export of service trade.If services FDI inflows impact on the export of service trade of our country,promoting effect is greater than the substitution effect,so will be conducive to the export of service trade in our country,on the contrary will reduce China's service trade exports.In terms of empirical analysis,relevant models were first constructed with time series,and the impact of IFDI on China's service trade export was analyzed through model diagnosis,co-integration analysis,VECM model and other methods;Secondly,the IFDI and trade export data of the five service industries were selected to build the measurement model,and the impact of IFDI on China's service trade export was further analyzed in detail.The empirical results show that IFDI plays a positive role in promoting China's service trade export rather than a substitute.At present,our country in the introduction of foreign investment in the service industry still exist many problems,according to the empirical research of this article at the end of this article combined with the actual situation in our country,put forward the corresponding policy recommendations to promote China's service trade exports.
