Research On Risk Mananement In The Process Of Bidding For S Demonstration Project

Risk management is an important part of management,especially project management.Even though most of the planned projects are successful,failure to take effective measures to reduce risk can lead to project failure.Therefore,project risk management is a very difficult problem in major project management.For large investment,complex projects,any a node in the process of project bidding sudden incidents will affect the whole bidding,which affects the normal operation and implementation of the project,even lead to project failure.How to effective risk management in the process of bidding,make the risk in the event of a sudden incident can quickly return to normal operation state,it is necessary to ensure the bidding work smoothly,also has profound practical significance.In this paper,on the basis of comprehensive analysis of research status at home and abroad,an S demonstration project bidding process unit construction risk management as the research object,S demonstration project bidding process risk hierarchical structure model is established,secondly the weight of each index hierarchy analysis,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the probability of the risk evaluation of the bidding process,to reveal the inherent law of bidding risk management process in order to improve the project bidding process ability to cope with the risk of sudden shock.
