The Optimization Of Government's Quality Supervision System For Indemnificatory Housing

The construction of indemnificatory housing is an important livelihood project,the quality of indemnificatory housing is not only related to the construction,but also related to the majority of low-income families living security,and the government's supervision system and measures is an important role for the quality control of indemnificatory housing.First of all,this paper briefly describes the current situation of domestic and foreign research on the government quality supervision of indemnificatory housing,and puts forward the main research content and significance of this paper.Secondly,this paper expounds the quality connotation and characteristics of indemnificatory housing based on time dimension,material dimension and social dimension,moreover it analyzes the driving effect of government supervision on the formation of indemnificatory housing quality.Then,according to the empirical investigation of the indemnificatory housing quality in Nanjing,this paper analyzes the current situation of the government supervision of the indemnificatory housing on the planning and design,materials,construction and the quality of consultation service,through the learning from the government supervision mode of foreign engineering and the compare research of the domestic government supervision mode of indemnificatory housing,especially the optimization analysis of the government supervision mode of indemnificatory housing quality in Nanjing.Finally,this paper will get optimization measures on establishing the unified indemnificatory housing construction standard,innovating the supervision methods and implementing the system of quality duty accountability,so as to provide the suggestions for safeguarding the project quality and the improving the supervision efficiency by the competent authority of indemnificatory housing.
