In recent years,the development of tourism market shows different characteristics:tourists pay more attention to the consumption experience;cultural tourism flourishes and demand of cultural tourism is increasingly strong;tourism developers and operators pay more attention to the connotation of tourist culture.Meanwhile,the state supports for reform of the tourism supply-side,attaches great importance to cultural tourism.As a world culture heritage site,Xiangxi Yongshun Laosicheng has many resource advantage(hereinafter referred to as "Laosicheng")is a resource advantage for developing cultural tourism.As an emerging cultural tourism scenic spot,the tourism supply level of the Laosicheng will directly affect the prospect of its future tourism.Under the background of tourism supply-side reform,the paper tried to assess tourism supply satisfaction from the perspective of tourist,which can innovate boutique tourism and stimulate tourism demand,promote the construction of tourism infrastructure,improve the tourism public service ability,explore the characteristics of cultural tourism consumption potential,accelerate transformation of the mode of tourism development,promote quality and efficiency of tourism,and ultimately make for targeted poverty alleviation.This paper studied two models by domestic scholars,CCSI customer satisfaction model and supply system model of destination tourism,then put forward destination satisfaction model of supply-side system for the first time and conducted empirical research on the Xiangxi Yongshun Laosicheng Site.Firstly,the paper,based on the theory of the formation mechanism of tourists' satisfaction in the destination tourism,the evaluation index is determined by the relevant research results.Secondly,the writer tried to invite relevant experts and scholars for marks,and determined the evaluation index system of Laosicheng Site supply-side tourist satisfaction.The paper adopted the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP),which combined analytic hierarchy process(AHP)with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to determine the weight of each index in the evaluation index system of Laosicheng Site supply-side tourist satisfaction and construct satisfaction evaluation model.Finally,based on analysis of tourist satisfaction questionnaire data,the paper applied the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,quantized the tourist satisfaction step by step,and finally got the result of tourism supply satisfaction of Laosicheng.Based on the analysis of various index satisfaction and overall satisfaction,the writer put forward some advice from the perspective of the Laosicheng Site supply-side:to reasonably exploit tourism resources,to emphasize the construction of tourist facilities,to improve management and service of scenic spot,to enrich experience projects and to optimize the scenic spot image constantly.
