Employee satisfaction is an important factor in the development of enterprises.Different types of businesses,factors that affect employee satisfaction are also different.Evaluation index system is established from the requirements of the work,the return of the work,the environment of the unit,the ability of the leader and the culture of the enterprise based on theoretical analysis and Combining the relevant literature and the actual situation of fuxin bank in this paper.The questionnaire was designed combine the personal characteristics of the employee(Gender,age,degree,title,position,seniority,birthplace,income)total of 21 questionsThrough in-depth analysis of the fuxin bank's recycling survey,The level of employee satisfaction at fuxin bank is lower overall.The "reward for work" score was relatively high,with "job requirements" a relatively low score.In-depth analysis of the questionnaire,the staff to "other benefits whether sound","various departments responsibility is clear","learning how many training opportunities" and "salary satisfaction" several indicators to the highest point,and to "work pressure","work time length," how "to" the interpersonal relationship,and right and match degree ","leading efficiency effect" to solve the problem of the subordinate indicators such as to a minimum.Employees who are specific to different characteristics reflect different levels of satisfaction.Finally,some countermeasures are put forward to help fuxin bank improve its employee satisfaction level.
