The development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has been included in the national deployment plan as a national strategy. The development of the region ' s is not only the engine of local economic development, but also of strategic importance to lead the growth of the new normal economy in China. To promote the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin, and Hebei,on the one hand, create a new regional economic belt to facilitate the transformation of China's economic transformation in the future, and also to explore and innovate related systems;on the other hand,it provides new optimization and development templates for regional development. It is conducive to the scientific layout of the city group. The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Coordinated Development Strategy has indeed eased the pressure on the population of the "Capital Region" and the pressure on environmental resources. It has also provided a new source of power for the coordinated development of industries in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei. From a macro perspective,it is an exploration of how the national economy can be further developed. This paper measures the degree of agglomeration of producer services through the revised E-G index, analyzes the development status and agglomeration characteristics of producer services in Jing-Jin-Ji,and concludes that there are two major problems:structural imbalances and the absence of effective agglomeration.Hypothesis:1.agglomeration of producer service industry promotes further agglomeration of manufacturing industries.2.The concentration of productive services in Beijing,Tianjin, and Hebei is conducive to the development of agglomeration of consumer services.3 The synergistic agglomeration effect of the productive service industry in Beijing,Tianjin, and Hebei is not sufficient.By using a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, the data of 13 cities of Beijing,Tianjin,Hebei, and between 2004 and 2015 were selected. The industrial concentration and the regional GDP of the manufacturing and consumer service industries are dependent variables, respectively. The degree of aggregation, the synergistic factors of producer services and manufacturing, and the synergistic factors of producer services and consumer services were the main independent variables. The information level, government scale, labor wage level, and education level were used as measurement variables for control variables. Conclusions are drawn:1.The agglomeration of producer services in Beijing,Tianjin,Hebei, and manufacturing industry and consumer service industry develop cooperatively. In the Jing-Jin-Ji region, there is a positive and significant synergistic agglomeration between producer services and manufacturing, and this conclusion can be extended beyond the sample. The gathering of producer services is conducive to the development of consumer service industry. This conclusion applies only to the Jing-Jin-Ji region.2.The producer services industry is co-located in the Jing-Jin-Ji region and shows a growing trend. However, there are significant differences between developed regions and underdeveloped regions, which have a greater impact on the former.3.The effect of agglomeration in the Beijing,Tianjin, and Hebei regions is not obvious. On the whole, the producer services industry still gathers in Beijing in a large number, and there is no effective radiation transfer to neighboring urban areas such as Tianjin. The development of the internal producer service industry in Hebei Province lags behind, and the manufacturing industry is unevenly developed among the cities. Finally, according to the research conclusions of the article, the relevant suggestions for the development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei industrial development are proposed.
