| After the Chinese economy entered the "new normal",the rate of economic growth has changed from high speed to medium to high speed,and the way to rely on demographic dividends and large-scale investment to drive economic growth has been difficult to sustain,and the mode of economic growth needs to shift from investment-driven to innovation-driven.In order to complete this transformation,entrepreneurial spirit is used to promote the development of technological innovation,which is crucial for sustained economic growth.Therefore,the lack of motivation for economic growth in our country and the problem of the change in growth mode have caused great concern among scholars and the government.The core of solving problems lies in activating entrepreneurship,inspiring enterprises' technological innovation motives,and enhancing entrepreneurial technological innovation capabilities.This article first reviews the literature at home and abroad and reviews the relevant theories.Then it analyzes in depth the impact of entrepreneurship on technological innovation.Later,based on theoretical analysis,using Chinese provincial panel data,the effects of entrepreneurial spirit on technological innovation,regional differences,and time were determined using regression techniques such as fixed effects,instrumental variables,quantiles,interactions,and panel threshold models.Differences,nonlinear relationships,mechanisms of action,and the existence of external ripple effects are systematically empirically examined.Through theoretical analysis and empirical tests,the conclusions obtained are summarized as follows:Theoretically speaking,first,entrepreneurs pursue super profits to generate innovations that promote technological innovation;entrepreneurs identify market opportunities to promote technological innovation;entrepreneurs' uncertainty risks can promote technological innovation and development;and entrepreneurs' personal spirit.Temperament promotes technological innovation and development.The technological innovation effect of entrepreneurship has heterogeneous characteristics.Human capital is the most important input factor of technological innovation.The essence of entrepreneurial technological innovation is the result of the optimal allocation of human capital under the influence of entrepreneurship.Second,when entrepreneurs conduct entrepreneurial activities,the effects of demand scale,demand orientation,market competition,financial support,foreign trade technology spillover,and FDI technology spillover can inspire entrepreneurs to drive technological innovation or increase human capital for technological innovation.Ability.Empirically,first,entrepreneurship can significantly promote the development of technological innovation;both in the eastern and central and western regions,entrepreneurial spirit can significantly promote the development of technological innovation,but in the eastern region,entrepreneurship drives technological innovation and development.The degree of influence is far greater than that in the central and western regions.Whether prior to the financial crisis in 2008 or after the financial crisis,entrepreneurial spirit can significantly promote the development of technological innovation.However,after the financial crisis,the degree of influence of entrepreneurial spirit-driven technological innovation is far greater.Before the financial crisis,entrepreneurial spirit had a significant impact on technological innovation.Among them,entrepreneurial spirit had the greatest impact on utility model patents,invention patents took the second place,and exterior design patents took the least;entrepreneurial spirit spillover effect on technological innovation was at the level of technological innovation.The higher regions are even more pronounced,that is,for regions with advanced technological level of innovation,corporate entrepreneurship has a stronger spillover effect of technological innovation;the channels and mechanisms for overflow of technological innovation of entrepreneurial activities are essentially the promotion of entrepreneurship.Rational allocation of human capital Therefore,human capital plays an effective role in technological innovation.Secondly,the urbanization,the level of industrial structure,the level of regional entrepreneurship,financial support,foreign trade,and the scale of foreign capital absorption are taken as the threshold variables respectively,showing that the entrepreneurial spirit has a significant threshold effect in promoting technological innovation and development.Finally,this paper summarizes the conclusions of the full text,puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations,and makes the outlook for further research in the future. |
