Research On The Impact Of Entrepreneurship On Technological Innovation Performance

As China's economy changes from "high-speed growth" to "high-quality development",how to improve the technological innovation performance of enterprises in the new environment has become an urgent problem to be solved.Entrepreneurship has a certain effect on the improvement of technological innovation performance.However,in the new economic era,entrepreneurship has new connotations and forms of expression,and it is necessary to further explore the relationship between entrepreneurship and technological innovation performance.The improvement of technological innovation performance is not only affected by corporate behavior,but also by the competitive environment of the industry,so this impact needs further research.Based on resource-based theory and strategic matching theory,this paper explores the relationship between entrepreneurship and technological innovation performance,and introduces industry competitive research to regulate its relationship.Through literature analysis,the entrepreneurial spirit is divided into three dimensions:innovative entrepreneurial spirit,adventurous entrepreneurial spirit and enterprising entrepreneurial spirit,which divides technological innovation performance into three dimensions:knowledge-technical stage performance and technology-product stage performance and product-market stage performance.On this basis,the paper studies the influence of entrepreneurial spirit dimensions on the various dimensions of technological innovation performance under different industry competition environments,and then constructs a relationship model between entrepreneurial spirit and technological innovation performance with industry competitiveness as the adjustment variable.Through questionnaire survey and empirical analysis,it is found that innovative entrepreneurship,adventurous entrepreneurship and enterprising entrepreneurship have positive effects on knowledge-technical stage performance,technology-product stage performance and product-market stage performance.Industry competition positively regulates the relationship between innovative entrepreneurship,adventurous entrepreneurship and technological innovation performance,but industry competition has no regulatory effect on the relationship between enterprising entrepreneurship and technological innovation performance.Finally,based on the results of empirical analysis,specific management suggestions such as focusing on entrepreneurship,focusing on the dynamic changes of entrepreneurial spirit and industry competition environment and implementing the whole process management of technological innovation activities are proposed.
