Research On Dynamic Capacity Construction Of Wholeprocess Engineering Consulting Enterprises Based On SEM

In recent years,with the deepening of supply-side structural reform in the construction industry and the vigorous promotion by the central government and local governments,wholeprocess engineering consulting has become a hot topic and focus of discussion.Through the integration of the whole construction cycle and the whole industrial chain,the whole-process engineering consulting can save cost,shorten construction period and improve service quality and project quality.However,in the practice of whole-process engineering consulting projects,problems have also been revealed,such as the weakness in the service performance of the whole-process engineering consulting enterprises,the comprehensive management ability,and the owner's satisfaction.The most important reason is that the dynamic capability of the whole process engineering consulting enterprises is inadequate.In this context,this paper focuses on the construction of dynamic capability of whole-process engineering consulting enterprises,and the specific work is as follows:(1)This paper analyzes domestic current situation of the whole-process of engineering consulting industry,studies the development of the whole-process engineering consulting projects led by design,supervision and consulting enterprises in detail,and analyzes the problems existing in the whole-process engineering consulting enterprises combined with the Dynamic Capabilities Perspective.(2)Through literature review and expert interviews,the main influencing factors of dynamic capacity of whole-process engineering consulting enterprises are identified,and the research hypothesis is put forward by the inductive and deductive method to construct the theoretical model of dynamic capacity of whole-process engineering consulting enterprises.(3)Enterprises with whole-process engineering consulting experience are taken as data collection objects.Data are collected through questionnaire surveys.Structural Equation Model(SEM)is used to verify research hypotheses.(4)This paper summarizes the key factors affecting the dynamic capacity of whole-process engineering consulting enterprises.Taking JN Company as an example,this paper demonstrates the cultivation process of dynamic capacity and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the dynamic capacity of enterprises.Paper validate the factors that affect the whole process of engineering consulting enterprise dynamic ability of resource integration respectively,flexible ability of organization environment awareness and organizational learning capability,and dynamic capability directly affects the business performance and project performance,enrich the theory of the whole process of engineering consulting,for the whole process of engineering consulting enterprise culture and improve the dynamic capability to provide advice.
