The Urban Expansion And Land-use Efficiency Research In China's Eastern Coastal Areas

China is a country of many people and little land in a period of rapid development of urbanization, the blind expansion of cities is very pressing. Especially in recent years, many parts of areas pursuit the blind development of special large-scale urban, leading to a tremendous increase in land and the land utilization rate is not high. To solve this problem, in addition to restrict the expansion of cities everywhere, we must also take measures to improve the land utilization rate. So it is very important to improving the land utilization rate, protecting the scarce land resources and takeing the path of sustainable development.Having obvious regional advantages and economic strength to improve basic facilities, the large extent of opening-up, well-developed science technology and education, rich human resources, the eastern coastal areas of China are the most economically developed areas. In this paper, the title is the urban expansion and land-use efficiency research in China's eastern coastal areas, aim is to explore the rule of urban expansion and land use efficiency. On this basis, give a brief summary of urban expansion and land utilization rate at home and abroad, and then put forward the technical route of this study. Urban expansion has its own characteristics, primarily due to natural and historical factors. The pace of expansion is accelerated by the two factors. Then we analyze land use efficiency to explore the quality of urban expansion. Finally the thesis analyzed the factors of the land utilization rate in eastern coastal areas and made suggestions.Firstly, this study analyzed the expansion features and speed of the eastern coastal city, adopted the explicit modeling of space and building urban expansion-driven model considered the economic, social, natural and policy factors on the impact of urban expansion, aim is estimate that the role and effectiveness of the factors on the impact of urban spatial expansion.Secondly, we use the per capita area and outputs of eastern coastal areas to estimate the urban land use efficiency in eastern coastal areas.Finally, we analyzed the impact of land-use factors from the system, economic and other aspects of efficiency and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.Research shows that:①urban expansion shows a differentiation of characteristics in space-time, which specific performance for different pace expansion in the same period and in different areas, and different pace expansion in the same area and in different period. The pace of expansion is also accelerating over time from all cities;②Drive mechanism of the model shows that the economic, social, natural factors and policies played a different role when affecting the space of city expansion, but on the whole, the expansion of urban space is the results of all these factors;③The land utilization rate is improving every year, and the trend is holding, but compared with other countries of many people and little land, the land utilization rate in China's eastern coastal city is still lagging behind. We should to take more effective measures to step up efforts to improve the land utilization rate. With the further development of economic, the price of land will inevitably increase evidently. The eastern coastal city of land has changed from the flat diffusion of early-type to the more intensive development. In the future, with the increase of land price and the population growth, the per capita in eastern coastal areas of the construction site will continue to fall, and the output will continue to increase.
