With the development of the Internet,the recognition of the electronic commerce in the furniture industry of our country is increasing gradually.More and more furniture enterprises are engaged in the brand publicity and product sales of the furniture on the Internet platform.However,in recent years,the phenomenon of consumers returning products due to the quality problems of furniture products is frequent and the rate of consumer complaints of furniture online shopping has been increasing year by year.Therefore,furniture product quality management has become the focus and difficulty for furniture enterprises to carry out e-commerce activities.This article mainly takes M furniture company as the research object,uses the quality statistics method to classify the quality problem of the product of the electric business.It makes a detailed and thorough analysis of the factors affecting the quality of the product and the cause of the quality problems.It makes a detailed and thorough analysis of the factors affecting the quality of the product and the cause of the quality problems.Using the fish bone map analysis method,it analyzes the quality management problems of the furniture products in packaging,storage,logistics,after-sales and so on.It integrates the management theory and technology of quality management,warehousing and logistics management,and puts forward some measures for improving the quality management of e-commerce products.According to the characteristics of e-commerce environment,it implements information storage management by radio frequency identification technology and storage management system,optimizes the design of furniture packaging structure,implements the quality control of packaging materials and packaging operations,improves the quality tracking management of after-sale products,effectively handles customer complaints and carries out customer return visits and satisfaction survey,appropriately adjusts the quality management organization structure of M company to improve quality management.In the era of e-commerce prevailing,this topic aims to improve the quality of E-commerce sales products of furniture business,and to explore and study how to make use of the quality management theory and modern information technology to improve the quality management for furniture enterprise,so as to make the furniture enterprises provide better product quality guarantee and service for the consumers and provide a reference for the furniture enterprises onthe road of electric business exploration.
