During development of Chinese economy,the rigid demand for housing,and the active guidance of national policies,the furniture industry has entered a new stage.Among them,the custom furniture industry has sprung up,but after more than ten years of market precipitation,the growth rate of enterprises has slowed down significantly,and the pioneers in the industry are also seeking new development directions.Most enterprises are committed to developing the concept of "whole house" and "big home".Product quality management in the traditional furniture industry is often limited to the product inspection stage,rather than integrating product quality management throughout the entire process of product production,resulting in uneven product quality,high production costs and many other problems.Therefore,furniture manufacturers must rely on A more comprehensive and professional quality management system will help the development of enterprises,repay consumers with high-quality furniture manufacturing,and promote the healthy development of the industry ecology.This thesis takes A furniture company as the specific research object,based on the current situation of A company’s quality management,to explain the importance of the comprehensive management system for the furniture production industry to control product quality.The research ideas of this thesis are as follows.First of all,through the collection of literature and materials,to understand the research status of experts on product quality management in the furniture industry.Secondly,using the basic working methods of quality management to analyze the factors that affect the company’s quality management,through on-the-spot investigation,data analysis and other research methods,to find out the quality status of A furniture company in the whole process of product design,production,logistics,and installation.Thirdly,combined with the research status of total quality management at home and abroad,try to analyze the three reasons for the above-mentioned quality management status quo,namely,the incomplete quality management of the whole process,the lack of awareness of the quality management of the whole staff,and the insufficient application of the quality management of the whole method.Finally,combined with the cause analysis of quality problems,we provide targeted improvement plans,that is,to improve the quality management capabilities of the whole process,including product design optimization,optimization of supplier management,establishment of equipment use standards,and quality standard management for key processes in the production process;The quality management awareness of all employees includes formulating product quality management training plans for all employees and enriching the acquisition methods of quality management platforms;improving the quality management level of all methods includes establishing a two-level quality management system,implementing the quality management model of the QC team,and establishing an information-based after-sales service platform..Provide guarantee for the implementation of the improvement plan by improving the employee incentive system,quality management team building,information resource guarantee,and quality technology innovation.Under the rapid development of the whole house customization industry,in order to improve its comprehensive competitiveness,A furniture company upgrades its quality management is a necessary link,and it needs continuous efforts in the face of complex market environment.However,based on the author’s skill and the limited length of the article,the quality management improvement discussed in this thesis is dedicated to solving the shortcomings of the current quality management of Company A,and also attempts to lay a solid foundation for its sustainable quality management improvement.The basis of operation,therefore,has significance for the long-term development of the enterprise.
