In the process of modern enterprise operation and management,middle managers,as an important force to promote the development of enterprises,are also the specific executors of the development strategy of enterprises,and play a very important role in the operation and development of enterprises.Therefore,it is necessary to realize effective human resource management for middle-level managers of enterprises.The performance is an important content in human resource management,system,efficient and applicable performance appraisal system,work enthusiasm and initiative to effectively mobilize the middle management personnel,to promote the middle managers to work effectively,but also for the management of occupation promotion,salary,training etc.to provide a basis and reference.Therefore,from the perspective of corporate strategic objectives,improving and optimizing the performance system of middle-level managers is an important way for modern enterprises to achieve effective human resource management.This study takes the GJWL company as the main research object,firstly from the performance management,competency model theory research,of the current theoretical studies are summarized through literature research method,lay a necessary theoretical basis;secondly,using case analysis method and SPSS analysis method of performance system status of middle-level managers of GJWL company analysis,establish the evaluation index system and improve the scientific performance evaluation system,through the analysis of the existing performance system of middle level management problems of GJWL company,and the feasibility of the application of competency model in GJWL company and the applicability of the basic method and direction clear performance system optimization from the angle of the theory of the model again;the analysis method of building competency model,combined with the actual situation of GJWL company middle management personnel,to ensure the performance evaluation The construction of the Department is in line with the development status of GJWL company,so as to improve the quality and effect of performance management of middle managers in GJWL company.Through this research,it can provide reference for the optimization and improvement of performance management system of middle managers in GJWL company,and also provide reference for the optimization and improvement of performance management system of other middle-level managers in China from a theoretical perspective.
