The core of hunan resource management is how to put the right person in the right position and encourage them to play the maximum productive effect.Promotion,as one of the effective incentive means of human resource management,plays an important role in enterprise management and business development.This paper takes Fujian a Commercial Real Estate Company and its middle-level managers as the research object,and based on the post competency model,explores how to use scientific and accurate selection criteria and evaluation methods to provide help for the promotion of enterprise personnel,so as to further optimize the promotion system of A Commercial Real Estate Company's middle-level managers.Firstly,this paper analyses the business environment of A Commercial Real Estate Company,clarifies the research background,summ arizes the relevant theories of internal promotion and post competency model,excavates the main relationship between competency model and talent promotion,and explains the rationality and necessity of using competency model to optimize the promotion channels of middle-level managers.Secondly,this paper analyses the post competency of middle-level managers in A Commercial Real Estate Company,carries out a questionnaire survey within the company,and completes the construction of post competency model by using behavioral event interviews and thematic analysis.After validating and evaluating the model,the competency model of middle-level managers in A Commercial Real Estate Company is formed.Finally,based on the research of post competency model,I put forward some suggestions to optimize the promotion system of A commercial real estate middle-level managers.It is initially form a promotion system of A commercial real estate middle-level managers based on competency model,and apply it to the evaluation of various parts of promotion preparation,personnel recruitment,personnel selection and recruitment,promotion effect,in order to achieve better results.
