At present,the situation of the domestic and international market economy is undergoing profound and complex historical changes.The mode of economic development,the structure of the economy,and the driving force for growth are all facing new situations,new problems,and new challenges,First-class talents create first-class enterprises,and human resources have been regarded as important strategic human resources for the construction of modern state-owned enterprises,which play a decisive and positive role in the overall realization of the company's overall development strategy and the realization of modernization goals.The long-term value-added and long-term preservation of state-owned assets of state-owned enterprises depends more on the sustained and efficient performance of their human resources.Mid-level management is an important core strategic human resource for state-owned enterprises.The quality of its management team directly affects the level of state-owned enterprise management and management effectiveness,and affects whether the state-owned enterprise economy can truly achieve healthy and orderly Sustainable development.This article takes economics human capital theory and incentive demand theory as the theoretical support,and is problem-oriented.By analyzing the current status of the talent selection and competency system of the middle-level managers of YZ state-owned enterprises,the middle-level talents of YZ state-owned enterprises are identified.In the selection system,the common problems in the construction and application of the competency model,and in-depth analysis of the importance and root causes of these competency issues in the work.On the basis of the general model,combined with the competence category of YZ state-owned enterprise middle-level competence manager positions,a competence management model highlighting the state-owned enterprise was constructed,and the middle-level manager selection system was further optimized.Through this research,it not only promoted the competency model of middle managers of YZ state-owned enterprises,but also provided a solid basis for promoting the development of human resources work,and also provided the development of similar state-owned enterprises in other regions.It has certain reference and guiding significance.In order to better ensure that the research in this article is theoretically scientific and practical,and can more clearly and vividly display the main research results and conclusions of this article,there are a total of 7 in the study and 18 in the table.44 references.
