An Analysis Of The Factors Influencing Knowledge Transfer From The Perspective Of Institutional Logic

Knowledge transfer permeates all aspects of knowledge management and plays an important supporting role in acquiring,integrating and innovating knowledge.Efficient transfer of knowledge can't be separated from the support of many factors,and its research has always been one of the hot topics in the field of knowledge management.However,few studies have discussed the factors that influence knowledge transfer from the perspective of institutional logic.Institutional logic view that the system and the interaction of behavior,which will inevitably affect the process of knowledge transfer participants in the behavior and motivation.Based on the related research conclusions of the existing influential factors of knowledge transfer,this paper explores its influencing factors based on the perspective of institutional logic and related theories,which provides an important reference for guiding the knowledge transfer from the system level.The main research ideas of this paper are as follows: Firstly,we draw the relevant research hot spots and theoretical bases through literature research,and then think deeply about the shortcomings in the research and come to the research proposition of this article.Secondly,taking internet finance as an example,from the perspective of system logic and knowledge transfer,this paper analyzes the process of knowledge transfer among subjects in the Internet finance industry,identifies the main factors affecting knowledge transfer from the perspective of institutional logic,and constructs knowledge Transfer feature model.Then according to this model,we abstract the relevant indexes with theoretical and practical significance to establish the evolutionary game model of knowledge transfer,and at the same time judge and analyze the strategy choice,evolution path and stability strategy of both sides of the game by means of digital simulation.Finally,through the relevant conclusions of the study,relevant policy recommendations for improving the level of knowledge transfer and optimizing the knowledge transfer process are proposed.The study found that there are many aspects that affect knowledge transfer,including sources,receptors,characteristics,and situational factors.Based on the perspective of institutional logic,we find that the relationship among subjects plays an important role in knowledge transfer.That is,under the logic of conflict-type system,knowledge transfer parties are willing to transfer knowledge while knowledge acceptors are unwilling to accept knowledge.However,under the cooperative system logic,although it is good for knowledge transfer,it still needs to pay attention to weakening the influence of logic of competition and conflict system on knowledge transfer.At the same time,it is also found that institutional environment poses a challenge to the legitimacy of knowledge transfer.The factors of social thinking logic also play an important role in the diffusion and absorption of innovative knowledge.According to the results of this study,managers can enhance the social logic of knowledge through creating an open and shared social and cultural atmosphere.Institutional timely and effective assessment of innovative knowledge should be given,with institutional guarantees and support,and coordination Institutional and logical relationship between the main body of knowledge transfer,and promote cooperation to improve the efficiency of knowledge transfer.
