A good environment is an important guarantee for enterprises to carry out their production and operation activities smoothly.As the main responsibility of environmental pollution problems,enterprises must pay attention to environmental protection issues,and the importance of enterprise environmental strategy in the strategic planning of enterprises in China is increasing.Whether the enterprise adopts the environmental strategy is from the response to the mandatory and normative requirements of the national logic or from the market logic to pursue the need for profit.This paper focuses on the institutional logic factors affecting the corporate environmental strategy and its impact mechanism,integrates the attentional based view and the institutional logic theory.Using the panel data of heavy polluting industry enterprises listed in Shanghai and Shenzhen stock markets from 2014 to 2016 as sample,this paper analyzes the corporate Environmental Strategy Behavior under the dominance of Different Institutional Logic.And draws the following conclusions:(1)The dominant logic of the enterprise will affect the company environment strategy.When the dominant logic of company is national logic,the corporate environmental strategy is highly enforced.When the dominant logic of company is market logic,the corporate environmental strategy is less effective.(2)Environmental attention plays a partial intermediary role between institutional logic and corporate environmental strategy.That is,enterprise allocation under the leadership of national logic has more attention in the environment,so enterprises pay more attention to environmental issues,and the more effective environmental strategies are implemented.Large;the enterprise configuration under the leadership of market logic has less attention in the environment,and the environmental strategy is less enforced.And get the following Managerial implications:(1)At the national policy level,it is necessary to provide targeted environmental policies with a clear ecological protection orientation.when formulating relevant environmental systems and policies,government departments should pay attention to the homogeneity and heterogeneity of the dominant logic among enterprises,so as to formulate relevant policies,focusing on those enterprises under the guidance of market logic,and urge them to formulate and implement them corresponding environmental strategy.(2)At the enterprise level,it is necessary to further improve the level of attentional allocation of decision makers on environmental issues.The attentional allocation of corporate policy decision makers determines the direction and intensity of corporate environmental strategy.The more attention the enterprise configures in the environment,the stronger the implementation of the corporate environment Strategy,Therefore,it is possible to further refine the relevant decision rules,processes and procedures to direct corporate's attention to the environmental strategy.(3)At the level of interaction between the enterprise and relevant government officials,it is necessary to further increase the environmental attention of relevant government officials.After setting environmental goals,the environmental protection department can further improve the attention of local government officials on environmental protection by subdividing the targets into different sub-goals,strengthening the rankings of local government environmental protection tasks.to further improve the local level of government officials on the environmental protection of the attention,in order to prompt it to more attention to environmental protection.As government officials become more focused on the environment,they will lead companies to reconfigure their environmental attention in the process of interacting with them.
