In order to stand out in the competition,play a geographical advantage,while reducing the interference of unknown factors,maintaining commercial banks flexible point of competition,XX Branch of XX bank should make great efforts to improve human resources management,by strengthening training,integration of resources,the introduction of policies And other ways to solve new problems and challenges.The management of commercial banks needs to be improved through human resources training.Safeguarding the safe and efficient flow of financial assets and achieving profitability are the basic requirements that every commercial bank needs to comply with in its business operations.Human resources are treated as invisible and important assets on the balance sheet of commercial banks and the guarantee for banks to achieve efficient development.By strengthening training and continually improving the professional ability of senior staff,the overall level of operation and management of commercial banks can be promoted.The thesis is divided into three parts,the first is a review of human resources training theory,this part is related to human resources training basic theory introduced,mainly introduced the theory of training needs analysis,there is the development of human resources training theory.Secondly,the second part of the dissertation analyzes the present situation of human resources training in XX Branch.The first part is to introduce the general situation of XX Branch,mainly on the current situation of human resources training,human resources training process and human resources training in XX Branch.The basic situation is introduced.In order to scientifically explain the problems existing in the training of human resources in XX Branch,this paper pointed out the crux of human resources training in a targeted manner.The paper designed a questionnaire survey,analyzed the investigation results on the basis of effective recovery,and pointed out that in the survey results Some problems that are displayed are: irregular training management,lack of systematic training,unscientifictraining methods and insignificant training effects.At the same time,the reasons for these problems are analyzed in depth,including the constraints of training organizations,the lack of training needs analysis,the poorly designed training curriculumcontent,the inadequate training and assessment work,and the lack of training teachers.The third part is the advice and suggestions part of the full text.In the fourth chapter,the article proposes the improvement tactics to human resources training of XX Branch in view of the problems raised in Chapter Three and the reasons.Mainly: First,the establishment of training functions,including the proposed establishment of full-time training functions and work out a focus of training departments in XX Branch.Second,to improve the current human resources training system of XX Branch,including the principles of human resources training system,the needs analysis of human resources training organization level,the needs analysis of tasks level and the improvement of training plan formulation.Third,the choice of training methods.Including the improvement of training processes,training content to improve the design.Fourth,improve the training evaluation mechanism.Including the principles to be followed in human resources training,methods for evaluating the effectiveness of human resources training,establishing human resources training evaluation organizations,and defining their responsibilities.
