"12th Five-Year" period is a critical period of building a moderately prosperoussociety, deepen the reform and opening up, accelerate the transformation of economicdevelopment in the crucial period.Human resources are a strategic resource, andcompetition between countries or regions in the sense is that the competition of humanresources. Good training work will help tap the potential of human resources, topromote human resources to be able to keep up with the pace of development. Therefore,we actively carry out the training of human resources, it is very necessary, but also veryimportant.This paper first reviews the theoretical research on human resources and training,domestic and foreign training of human resources-related research and experience, andmakes a comparison and analysis of research from vocational training and personneltraining. The theoretical analysis of the human resources training to Chongqing HumanResources Training Status and Countermeasures provides a theoretical basis.The help of statistics and analysis on the questionnaire, as well as through othermeans, first of all, we learned that the Social Training and Development Overview ofChongqing Municipality, including the development of social training in ChongqingCity, Chongqing City personnel and vocational training. Secondly, we have theChongqing Municipal Personnel and vocational training needs analysis, including thedemand characteristics of the training content, the demand characteristics of teachertrainingļ¼Œ The demand characteristics of the training institutions,The demandcharacteristics of the training in the form, etc. then,We conducted a more detailedanalysis of the problems of Chongqing Municipality personnel and vocational training.Finally, we put forward the problems of Chongqing Municipality personnel andvocational training suggestions, including to strengthen sector management andspecification, innovative content and mode of training services, increase social trainingservices to investment, reform, training evaluation system.
