While stepping into 21st century, China's market economy has been improved deeply and thoroughly. Entering WTO has provided a wide market space for China's enterprises and the growing economy. Human Resource becomes the No.1 resource for companies and the core course for the management when the competition gets severe,human capitals have been the most precious assets to the enterprises.The business enterprise employee's training is the business enterprise human resource development and important of managements to consist one of the part and the key working talents. Training is a system, which includes designing, program implementing, evaluating, etc. Thus, combining with the characteristics of the enterprise oneself, design a training project corresponded to the development of the enterprise is a half effort a double results doubtless.The enterprises can obtain talented person corresponded to need by means of trainging. The continuous learning becomes one of the most important ways for the individual and organization to adjust to the competitiveness.This paper introduces the theory and development of employee training, combined theoretical introduction with foreign and domestic recruitment experiences.,illustrates the significance of training. It will find out the problems in trainings from analyzing TP dalian branch's HR present developing status and operational system. According to the training system, the paper elaborates training needs evaluation, project design, implementation and training effect evaluation. It helps us to clearly understand the training system.The competition among enterprises is basically the competition among human resources.By discussing the improvement plan of training system of TP Dalian Branch human resource, and analyzing the operation and exploring the first steps of employee career profile,this paper may help perfect TP Dalian Branch emplyee training and development ,and improve training effect, the training system shall be much benefit for enterprise strategic target.
