Research On The Development Strategy Of Ji'nan CBD

At present,there is an upsurge of CBD construction in China,with more than 30 under construction.In order to smooth the construction of Jinan CBD,introducing targeted development strategy is necessary for control and guidance in the stage of planning and design.Under this context,this paper takes the methods of literature analysis,comparative research,case study and qualitative and quantitative analysis to study the development of Jinan Central Business District,which is expected to provide specific and strategic recommendations to promote its development.This paper is bsed on the analysis of related literature at home and abroad,described the analysis of the status quo and the social effect of building CBD in JiNan.including policy promotion,industrial upgrading,social development and environmental improvement,and the problems of the development of CBD.Finally it also puts forward some suggestions on policy,economy,society and environment,the summary is two parts,One is completing the organizational structure in establishing a professional operation management agency for the central business district,involving in the investment work and publicity efforts of the central business district,strengthening the introduction of talents and optimizing the human resources environment;the other one is attaching importance to the support of the economy,building a perfect raffic system of the central business district and implementation of people-oriented development and construction concept.
