| The Internet has grown into an inseparable part of people's life,among which,shopping is an important part.Shopping has become a trend of people's consumption.It is favored by consumers with its reasonable price and diversified choice.Then,and the rapid development of e-commerce in electric business enterprise to bring huge profits,bring convenience to consumers,and practical at the same time,some problems have also brought consumer followed by deep problems,such as product quality problems,the description of the goods is worthy of the name,returns,convenience,the logistics distribution limitation,etc.These factors are more or less influencing consumers' online shopping satisfaction.Logistics,as a key link,finds out the key factors that affect the customer satisfaction,and then puts forward the improvement measures,which is of great significance for the further development of the online shopping market.Based on the research object of e-commerce logistics distribution service,this paper discusses customer satisfaction value of e-commerce logistics delivery service through empirical research and case analysis.First of all,this paper systematically sorted out the research of e-commerce and logistics distribution,distribution mode,customer satisfaction,distribution evaluation index system,evaluation method and so on.Secondly,it constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system of e-commerce logistics service.The validity and reliability of the system are verified by questionnaire and SPSS analysis.Finally,this paper combining empirical analysis and case analysis,chose to represent two different logistics distribution mode of Tmall mall and Jingdong mall,the comprehensive evaluation of logistics service satisfaction.By comparing the satisfaction value of Tmall mall and Jingdong mall,this paper can intuitively see the satisfaction gap between self-run logistics and third-party logistics evaluation indexes.Based on this,the author puts forward the strategy of improving customer satisfaction of e-commerce logistics delivery service,and guides the improvement of logistics distribution in China's e-commerce enterprises. |
