With the development of economic globalization and information globalization,the Internet has gradually broken the traditional way of international trade,and international trade has become an important engine of the world economy.As a new mode of foreign trade,cross-border e-commerce has gradually emerged and developed well.And the traditional trade way comparison,cross-border e-commerce by Internet information technology,to build a global and open and convenient trading system,simplify trade process,makes both information communication more smooth and symmetrical,greatly enhance the speed and efficiency of transaction.Cross-border e-commerce trade provides a new mode of technical support and growth for the development of China's international trade.At the same time,it also puts forward new challenges and opportunities for the development of cross-border e-commerce enterprises in China.More and more enterprises begin to develop cross-border e-commerce.How to deal with fierce market competition,formulate marketing strategy that is suitable for their own development and help enterprises to enhance their core competitiveness is the problem to be solved for cross-border e-commerce enterprises.In this paper,using the market marketing related theory,under the background of cross-border e-commerce,in ningxia ST group in the product structure,pricing ideas in the process of marketing,marketing channel,promotion,etc,the analysis of existing problems and causes,and further analyzes its external marketing environment and the internal marketing environment,help enterprises to determine the target market,clear the market positioning of the enterprise,combined with their own development of targeted marketing strategy.Based on the research of the ST group of Ningxia marketing strategy,for the timely adjustment of marketing strategies in order to provide reference to market development needs,but also provide a reference for other enterprises in Ningxia,the development of cross-border e-commerce,also hope to provide a theoretical basis for further development of specific policies and regulations for the government and regulatory authorities.
