Under the background of information revolution, cross-border e-commerce provides a new technical support and growth mode pattern to international trade. At the same time, the small and medium-sized Chinese cross-border enterprises in our country is facing new opportunities and challenges on the management innovation, upgrading business mode and channel, optimizing the business process etc. In view of this, analyzing and researching of our country’s cross-border e-commerce enterprises is worthy to further study.This article based on the theory of cross-border e-commerce, to use the traditional strategic management theory analysis as the tool, X cross-border companies for case study, theory combined with practice, combining qualitative research and quantitative research, around the topic of "Developmental Strategy of X Cross-border E-commerce Company" discussed in this paper.In the PEST and SWOT model and on the basis of the five model, analyzing the X cross-border e-commerce company management of the external environment and internal conditions, to find the X enterprise’s competitive advantage and disadvantage, opportunities and challenges, puts forward development strategy for X cross-border e-commerce enterprise, in order to realize the standardization of the business process, improve the company’s performance, obtain a higher market share, so as to enhance their core competitiveness, achieve long-term sustainable development. This paper argues that (1) whether in politics, economy, society and technology, cross-border e-commerce is in a good macro environment.(2) Through the analysis of external environment opportunities and threats, X company has a strong ability to grasp the opportunity, instead that it is less able to face the threat; Through the analysis of X company internal advantage and disadvantage, it can also found that X company has strong capability of catching their opportunities, in the contrary, the capability of correcting their inferior is weaker.(3) After SWOT matching, this research suggested that the company should promote horizontal integration strategy, implementing cost leadership strategy, cooperating with the functions of the previous two strategies. The company needs to continue to strengthen in the logistics, goods, IT system development and mining of three plates, and the three points as its core competitiveness to become a leader in the industry.
