Study On Multidimensional Impact Of BOP Ventures On Entrepreneurs In Wu-ling Mountain Area

For a long time,the pattern of poverty-relief work is financial transfer payment.To some extent,large-scale financial subsidies can improve the situation in poverty-stricken areas.Nevertheless,the economic development in poverty-stricken areas is lack of motivation for endogenous growth,which instead creates the situation that the economic development in impoverished areas relies excessively on national finance.The pattern of "targeted poverty alleviation" has,to some extent,improved the efficiency of overcoming poverty and achieving prosperity.Financial transfer payment is no longer the only way to get rid of poverty.The focus of "targeted poverty alleviation" is to solve the poverty problems of impoverished people.Starting up a business is one of the important methods of solving the problem.For the purpose of exploring the specific role entrepreneurship plays in poverty-relief work,this thesis conducted a study of BOP multidimensional influence on entrepreneurs in Wu-ling Mountain area.Therefore,three cases of rural entrepreneurship in Wu-ling Mountain area have been selected as the objects of this study.Based on research procedures of Grounded Theory and axial coding,this thesis analyzed the influence of BOP entrepreneurs' entrepreneurial behaviors on their self-development abilities from the perspectives of economics,psychology,family and society.Guided by Capability Poverty Theory,BOP Entrepreneurship Theory,Endogenous Growth Theory and Entrepreneurship Theory,the conceptual model of entrepreneurial behaviors' multidimensional influence on BOP entrepreneurs has been created.Entrepreneurial behaviors influenced entrepreneurs' self-development abilities from the perspectives of economics,psychology,family and society.Based on this model,the hypotheses has been designed.The independent variable is different stages of entrepreneurship.The moderating variable is entrepreneurial environment and the dependent variable is entrepreneurs' self-development ability.Factor analysis,principal component analysis,one-way analysis of variance,linear regression analysis have been applied in the analysis of the data of 123 entrepreneurs' questionnaire survey in Wu-ling Mountain area.The study shows that first of all,entrepreneurial behavior plays a positive in improving entrepreneurs' self-development abilities from the perspective of economics.Secondly,entrepreneurial behaviors can improve entrepreneurs' self-development abilities from the perspective of psychology.Thirdly,entrepreneurial behaviors have positive influence on entrepreneurs' self-development abilities from the perspective of family.Fourthly,entrepreneurial behaviors have positive influence on entrepreneurs' self-development abilities from the perspective of society.Therefore,it can be further proved that entrepreneurial behaviors have positive influence on entrepreneurs' self-development abilities.To some extent,the positive influence of entrepreneurs' behaviors is affected by entrepreneurial environment,which improves entrepreneurs' self-development abilities.Entrepreneurial behaviors improve their self-development abilities from the four dimensions,including economics,psychology,family and society.Entrepreneurs' selfdevelopment abilities can further improve their entrepreneurial capacities so a virtuous circle can be created between entrepreneurship and entrepreneurs' self-development abilities.
