In the era of economic globalization and intensified international competition,the state strongly encourages technological innovation and enhances national scientific research capabilities.Faced with this trend,the cooperation between industry,universities,and research institutes has been taken seriously as an effective means to enhance the country's innovative power.The state has issued relevant policies and documents to encourage the development and operation of cooperation among production,education,and research across the country.In order to fully understand the operation and effectiveness of the cooperation between industry,universities,and research institutes.This paper takes the cooperative performance of industry,university,and research as the research object,and uses the system dynamics method to build a model of cooperation performance between industry,university,and research institute.At the last,this paper simulates the model to propose related policy recommendations to guarantee the performance of the cooperation between industry,universities and research institutes.First of all,this article analyzes the influence factors the performance of U-I cooperation respectively.Based on the previous scholars' evaluation system of the performance of U-I cooperation,this paper constructs our system of factors affecting the performance of U-I cooperation.We make the factors that will affect the performance of U-I cooperation to be divided into four parts: the input of U-I cooperation,including the investment of the cooperative subjects;income in the U-I cooperation,including patents' revenue、the income of technical market turnover and the market-oriented benefits of new products;the level of U-I cooperation,including the conversion efficiency of innovative innovations to production,the depth and longevity of the U-I cooperation;the environment for the U-I cooperation,including the internal environment factors,such ac the knowledge sharing of research and production cooperation,R&D personnel,and the distribution ofbenefits,in addition,this paper has also discussed the external factors,such as the macro-policy support and intermediary support.According to the four aspects,based on the input-output theory and the method of system dynamics,we analysis the adaptability of system-dynamics and the system boundary,then we complete the system dynamics modeling of the performance of U-I cooperation Finally,this paper uses Shanxi Province as an example,we collect relevant U-I cooperation data of Shanxi Province in2014,and use Venim Ple to perform system simulations.From the simulation results,the input of U-I cooperation,the conversion rate of cooperation innovation,the internal and external environment of the U-I cooperation,all these factors have an important role in enhancing the cooperation performance.Based on the simulation results,this paper provides reasonable opinions and suggestions for improving the cooperation performance of production,learning and research in Shanxi Province.
