Study On Beneficiary Mechanism Of Poor Households Participating In Rural Tourism Industry Precision Poverty Alleviation

The report of 19th CPC National Congress of the Party proposes that we must resolutely win the battle against poverty,persist in helping the poor with precision,get rid of poverty precisely,and ensure that by 2020,under the current standards of our country,the rural poor will be lifted out of poverty,all the poor counties will be removed their caps,and the overall regional poverty will be solved.To get rid of real poverty,really out of poverty.However,the main way to achieve poverty eradication is still dependent on industry.According to the resources endowment,all localities increase farmers'employment and income by developing the rural tourism industry,and gradually become the main industries to get rid of poverty and become rich.Thus drive the masses in poor areas to speed up the pace of getting rid of poverty and becoming rich.As western poverty-stricken areas in Ningxia,poor areas and the rural tourism resources enrichment region highly coincidence,therefore,established the rural tourism development drives the poverty alleviation and development,poverty alleviation and development to promote the development of global tourism poverty alleviation.The development of rural tourism industry promotes regional economic development,which does not mean that the poor population must benefit.Therefore,this paper firstly understands the development of rural tourism in Ningxia from a macro perspective by using the methods of literature research and questionnaire interviews,and then,through the development of rural tourism,to understand the current situation of precise poverty alleviation of rural tourism in the whole region,summarize the precise poverty alleviation modle of rural tourism,analyze the existing problems,and grasp the accurate poverty alleviation overall situation of rural tourism in Ningxia.Secondly,starting from the micro perspective of the poor households,using the typical survey method,select Longwangba Village in Xiji County as the case,carry on the deep analysis.It is aim at promoting that establishment of an interest linkage mechanism for the precise poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation of rural tourism,widening the income channel of the poor people,increasing the incomes of the poor household and ensuring stable and sustainable poverty alleviation for the poor households.
