In the process of accelerating agricultural modernization in our country and realizing the transformation from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture,it is difficult for the small-scale farmer operation system with super-small-scale family operations to meet the needs of modern market-oriented agricultural development.The intensive,specialized,organizational,and social goals proposed by the new agricultural management system have pointed out the direction for the improvement and development of Chinese agricultural management system.At present,the establishment and improvement of a new type of agricultural management system has become a new breakthrough in adapting to the scientific and technological revolution in the agricultural sector,the task goal of deepening agricultural and rural reform..The paper selected the United States as a comparison object.Summarizing the main practices and mature experiences of the United States in constructing the agricultural management system has a great deal of reference for us to establish a sound new-type agricultural management system.First of all,this article reviews the development history and supporting characteristics of agricultural production and operation in China and the United States,explores the effectiveness of the agricultural management systems of the two countries,and uses the quintile method to apply the five dimensions of policy,investment,operation,output,and effects to the United States.Assessing the merits of the agricultural management system,taking agricultural product cost,output and price as the entry point,using the comparison of the two countries' data to obtain the competitive advantage of the market and the stability of the operating system achieved through the support of highly mechanized farming and agricultural policies under the U.S.agricultural management system.Based on comparative study of the operating mechanisms of the systems in China and the United States through the four main areas,systems,organizations,and methods of the two countries' operating systems.Through summarizing and summarizing,we found that China's agricultural management system still suffers from problems such as the lack of cultivation of business entities,unsound agricultural socialization service systems,inadequate current land transfer mechanisms,and weak farmers' professionalism.At the end of the thesis,based on the summary of the whole thesis,it puts forward policy suggestions on establishing and improving China's new-type agricultural management system: First,it must improve the mechanism of land transfer and improve the supporting measures for land transfer policy;second,it must increase support for new types of business entities.Persist in cultivating new types of agricultural management entities;third,establish a sound agricultural socialization service system,and innovate the agricultural extension mechanism;fourth,increase the participation of farmers in all types of new-type agricultural management professionalism,encourage internal training and encourage outstanding personnel to join Agricultural management.
