After more than 30 years of development,the degree of modernization of the market economy system in our country is also constantly improving.The degree of opening to the outside world has also been deepening.Multilevel capital markets have been established and are undergoing rapid development.As the most important intermediary in the capital market,the business scale and business scope of securities companies are constantly expanding.However,the management level of securities companies has not kept up with the rapid development of their own scale and business.There are still many flaws in their management.They bring both supervisory disciplinary and the level of service they provide to consumers.Shows that the level of securities companies operating performance is also to some extent affected the role of the capital market.After considering the development of S securities company,this paper decided to study it as a typical representative in the securities industry development process.On the premise of carefully studying the characteristics of S securities firm,we decided to use the TOPSIS-GRA model in the comprehensive evaluation method as a model of performance evaluation.In the selection of performance evaluation index,this paper designs a performance evaluation index system based on the four dimensions of profitability,business growth,asset quality and solvency.In order to make the index weight reflect the true economic significance,this paper decided to use the analytic hierarchy process and the entropy weight method to determine the weights synthetically from two aspects:the subjective weight and the objective weight.By means of the model,this paper analyzes the rankings and reasons of the overall performance score of S-Securities from 2012 to 2016,the status and reasons of performance scores of each dimension,and puts forward their own suggestions briefly.It is hoped that this article can expand the application of the comprehensive evaluation method in performance evaluation and bring some reference to the stakeholders of the case company.
